I changed it to 1 star because the checkout process is now very complicated and the charges are not at all transparent. It makes it hard to track your spending when ordering multiple items and I believe Amazon does this on purpose. I will now order one item at a time and wait until the transaction is finalized through my financial institution before ordering the next item. What a total pain! I deserve some of that lawsuit money, Amazon! Learn your lesson already!

That Rufus pop up panel that appears at the bottom of the screen when you're looking at an item..SO ANNOYING! It's very distracting and not helpful, why do this? Trying to be cool or something cos AI is the latest thing? It even tells you, I'll probably get it wrong! I know it's pointless writing a review here, but anyone else annoyed, please comment. Another thing: recommended size, always way off, making people order wrong size, take it away please.

The cart has become challenging over the past month. I have always put things in my cart as I shop and a lot of times leave some stuff in my cart for purchase at a later time. In the past this has worked for me. Things have stayed in my cart for months until I purchased, saved for later or deleted the item(s). During my Christmas shopping this all changed. I spent time placing items in my cart only to find it empty when I went to finalize my purchase. This happened multiple times.
